BECAUSE INTEGRITY MATTERS
Integrity management is a key factor to protect the environment and ensure safety of personnel. Unfortunately, it is often seen as pure OPEX costs.
Integrity management is the key to optimize production and increase revenues. It allows the assets to run smoother and longer under controlled operating parameters. Once optimized, the cost of integrity is negligible compared to a one-day production shut-down.
A good integrity practice also limits the CO2 impact of production activities: replacing a pipeline (even a short one) has a high CO2 cost (steel manufacturing, transportation, energy for welding and transportation).
During the acquisition of existing assets (mid-life or mature), the evaluation of their integrity status is a major decision factor. The lack of integrity means massive expenses for the investors (refurbishment of process units, structures, or pipelines).
Integrity shall be part of the daily operational routine, of the specifications for (re)development projects and investment strategy.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT
Sanorah provides 15 years od experience in Integrity Management to its customers on the following matters: structural, process and pipeline integrity.

Our added value, therefore, goes from the provision of full integrity support, including the development of a tailored Integrity Management System to a specific support for a situation you want to solve quickly.
BROWN FIELD PROJECTS
With its team of experienced and chattered engineers in brown field projects, Sanorah has the formula to deliver fast track, fit-for-purpose and low-cost brown field projects. Contrary to classic engineering contractors, Sanorah takes into account the integrity status and challenges of the existing field and considers it as a key input.
EXECUTIVE SERVICES
During the acquisition of existing assets, the Integrity status has a major impact on future expenditures to ensure production targets are met. Sanorah can support this process by analysing the data provided by the vendor and by providing an audit on site.
Sanorah can also audit your own Integrity Management System to check the proper application of corporate rules and to identify gaps.
